Roasted Asparagus with Bacon, Feta and Organic Blood Orange Olive Oil Recipe

Recipe Ingredients:
1 lb Asparagus, washed and dried.
3 tbsp Organic Blood Orange Olive Oil.
1 tsp Alderwood Smoked Sea Salt.
8 oz bacon, cooked to a crisp.
4 oz crumbled feta cheese.
Fresh ground pepper.
Recipe Instructions:
Preheat oven to 500F.
Place the asparagus on a baking sheet covered with aluminum foil.
Drizzle with blood orange olive oil, coat well, and add sea salt and ground pepper.
Cook the asparagus for about 8 to 10 minutes, or until tender.
In the meantime, cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy.
Put the bacon on a paper towel, drain, and crumble; set aside.
Remove the asparagus from the oven and put it on a platter.
Sprinkle with bacon, then feta cheese.
Serve warm.

Recipe Ingredients:
15 oz can garbanzo beans
2 cloves fresh garlic
1 cup Umbria Italy Organic Blood Orange Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup Garlic Dill Mustard
salt and pepper to taste
Recipe Instructions:
Place the garbanzo beans, lemon juice, and garlic in a food processor and puree.
Using the feed tube, slowly add the Umbria Italy Organic Blood Orange Extra Virgin Olive Oil and the Garlic Dill Mustard.
Puree until smooth.
Season with salt and pepper.
