Main Dish Beef Recipe...

Sassy Stir-Fry

Recipe Ingredients:
2 Lbs Beef
1 Med Yellow Bell Pepper
1 Med Red Bell Pepper
1 Med Onion
2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Pepper Jelly
2 tbsp Oyster Sauce (optional)
1/2 cup Sizzling Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Serve with Rice

Sassy Stir-Fry

Recipe Instructions:
Cut beef, onions and peppers into strips.
Heat oil and soy sauce in skillet or wok.
Place beef and onions in wok and partially brown beef.
Add Peppers to wok.
Stir-fry until beef is golden brown.
Stir in Ginger Garlic Pepper Jelly and Sizzling Soy Sauce
Let simmer on medium heat for 5 minutes.
If thicker sauce is desired, add cornstarch and water mixture as a thickener.

This recipe serves 4 to 6
Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Cook Time: 20 Minutes
