Raspberry-Buttermilk Sherbet Recipe

Recipe Ingredients:
12 fl oz Old Fashioned Red Raspberry Syrup
2 cups buttermilk
1 tsp Madagascar Bourbon Pure Vanilla Powder
Garnish with fresh mint sprigs, fresh raspberries, or lemon peel
Recipe Instructions:
Pour Old Fashioned Red Raspberry Syrup in to a mixing bowl.
Add buttermilk and Madagascar Bourbon Pure Vanilla Powder to bowl, and stir until well blended.
Pour raspberry mixture into freezer container of a 4-quart ice-cream maker, and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
When frozen, serve and garnish each serving, if desired.

Almond Butter and Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

Recipe Ingredients:
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
3/4 cup granulated cane sugar
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter - softened at room temperature
1/2 cup non-hydrogenated vegetable shortening
3 eggs
16 oz Better Butter Gourmet Almond Butter
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp Madagascar Bourbon Pure Vanilla Powder
2 cups oat flour (grind oatmeal in a food processor until fine)
2 cups oatmeal
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Recipe Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F.
Use a mixer to combine sugars and shortening and beat at medium speed until well blended.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition, until well incorporated.
Add almond butter, honey and vanilla, beating until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whisk together oat flour, oatmeal, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Add oat mixture to wet ingredients and blend until just incorporated.
Stir in chocolate chips. Place in refridgerator and allow to cool.
Drop generous tablespoonfuls 3 inches apart onto baking sheets.
Bake for 10 minutes or until just beginning to brown.
Cool on baking sheets then transfer to wire racks.
