Lemon Love Salmon Pate

Recipe Ingredients:
8 oz of cream cheese
3 oz of smoked salmon
1 tsp chopped parsley
2 tbsp Lemon Love Dressing
Recipe Ingredients:
In a food processor - place salmon and run for a minute until minced.
Cut the cream cheese into 4 pieces and add a piece at a time.
Add Lemon Love and mix until smooth.
Stir in chopped parsley.
Serve with thinly sliced french bread.

Bay Shrimp Appetizer

Recipe Ingredients:
1 lb bay shrimp
1 cup finely diced celery
1 cup finely diced fresh pineapple
4 green onions, finely diced
1 tbsp Outerbridge's Full Hot Mustard Sauce
1 cup Lemon Love Dressing
Fresh black pepper
Baguette slices, toasted or Belgian endive leaves
Garnish: Zest from 1 lemon

Bay Shrimp Appetizer

Recipe Instructions:
Mix together the Lemon Love Dressing and the Outerbridge's Full Hot Mustard Sauce.
Toss the ingredients together and season with pepper.
Place atop toasted baguette slices or into Belgian endive leaves.
Top each with a garnish of lemon zest.

To make it really simple, add zest to shrimp, place in a decorative bowl on a platter with the toasted baguette slices and allow guests to help themselves.

Love Stuffed Potatoes

Recipe Ingredients:
4 baking potatoes
1 shallot
1/4 cup Lemon Love Dressing
chives
Feta cheese crumbles
olive oil
salt and pepper

Recipe Instructions:
Rub potatoes with olive oil, prick with a fork and bake at 350F for about 45 minutes (the goal is to have a little "give" when you squeeze the potato, not have it "done".).
While the potatoes are baking, peel half the shallot. Dice the shallot into small pieces and saute until soft in about 1 teaspoon of the olive oil.
Remove potatoes from oven and let cool to touch. Cut the potatoes in 1/2, gently take a spoon and remove the potato from the peel. Save the peel as a shell (it is best to leave a "frame" of potato inside the shell).
Mix the potato, shallots, together with Lemon Love Dressing. Start with about a 1/4 cup of Lemon Love Dressing and add more if necessary. The mixture should be creamy but not soupy.
Scoop ingredients into the potato shell and bake at 350F for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and switch oven to broil. Sprinkle the feta crumbles on the top of the potatoes and pop under the broiler until golden.
Top with diced chives as garnish.

Recipe Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb Chicken breasts - Boneless & Skinless
1/2 cup Lemon Love Salad Dressing
1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Fresh lemon juice or lemons

Recipe Instructions:
Dredge the boneless, skinless chicken breast through the Lemon Love Salad Dressing.
Then dredge the coated chicken over some panko bread crumbs coating all sides.
Saute in a pan with olive oil that has been heated on "Low Heat".
Saute the chicken breast until done.
Squeeze with fresh lemon juice.
Get ready to fight for that last bite of yumminess.

Freshly ground black pepper
