Appetizer and Hors d'oeuvre Recipe...

Rose City Cheesecake Dip/Spread

Recipe Ingredients:
8 oz cream cheese
1 jar Apricot with Attitude Pepper Jelly for topping
1 jar Hoppin' Jalapeno Pepper Jelly for cheesecake
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 large jalapeno, seeds removed and minced
1 egg
5 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Rose City Cheesecake Dip Spread

Recipe Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F.
Prepare 6" spring form pan by greasing with butter or spraying with a baking spray.
Mix all ingredients together using only 1/2 jar of the Hoppin' Jalapeno Pepper Jelly.
Pour into prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Cool completely and remove from pan.
Heat 1/2 jar of Apricot with Attitude Pepper Jelly in microwave and glaze over top of cheesecake.

Excellent appetizer served with tortilla chips, crackers or even hearty bread. Top with pecans for that extra flavor dimension.

Pepper Jelly Cream Cheese Croissant

Recipe Ingredients:
8 Croissants
8 oz Cream Cheese
1 jar Pepper Jelly choose your favorite flavor.

Pepper Jelly Cream Cheese Croissant

Recipe Instructions:
Slice croissant sideways so there is a top and bottom.
Spread 1 oz cream cheese on bottom half.
Spread 1 tbsp of your favorite pepper jelly on top of the cream cheese.
Assemble, warm or eat cold.
