If you have ventured out to the Asian restaurants lately, you have certainly become familiar with the "hottest" spices around - Sriracha!

Our newest product, the Honey Glaze Sriracha Barbecue Sauce gets it's origins from the favored sauce from Thailand. Named for the town in which it was first made, Si Racha, it was created for restaurants to use specifically on seafood, but its popularity has spread the uses from eggs and soup, to lollipops made from this pepper.

The honey glaze mixes with the spicy pepper making it sweet, with the sriracha giving it spice. You will find it tangy for your taste buds with a nice sweet background.

Splash Honey Glaze Sriracha Barbecue Sauce on chicken, ribs, burgers, dogs, vegetables or add it to rice. Absolutely delicious.

Maple Glazed Sriracha Grilled Salmon Recipe

Maple Glazed Sriracha Grilled Salmon Recipe

Recipe Ingredients:
2 pieces skinless salmon, about 6 oz. each.
2 tsp Aromatica Organics Salmon and Fish Spices, Grill Seasoning, and Rub
4 tbsp Honey Glaze Sriracha Barbecue Sauce
4 tbsp Organic Maple Syrup Grade A Amber
non-stick grill spray or high smoke point oil (such as grapeseed) for oiling the grill
Recipe Instructions:
Coat salmon with Honey Glaze Sriracha Barbecue Sauce place covered in the refrigerator overnight.
Take the salmon out of the fridge and blot dry with paper towel removing most of the sauce.
Rub salmon on both sides with Aromatica Organics Salmon and Fish Spices, Grill Seasoning, and Rub -- 1 tsp per fillet.
Spray the grill well with non-stick grill spray (or rub with a paper towel dipped in grape seed oil).
Preheat grill to high (or slightly lower for charcoal grill).
When ready, dip the salmon into the maple syrup to completely coat.
Lay salmon pieces on the grill, skin side down and immediately turn heat to medium-high.
After about 4 minutes, rotate fish to the opposite angle across the grill grates for presentation.
Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes (depending on the thickness of the salmon) flip fish to the other side. Cook 1-2 more minutes on the other side, or until fish feels firm -- but not hard -- to the touch. Be careful not to crack the maple glaze.
Serve hot.
