Herbs de Poulet Chicken Salad

Recipe Ingredients:
4 Pre-Cooked and Chilled Boneless Chicken Breasts
2 stalks cleaned celery, minced fine
1 green onion (optional), minced fine
1 tsp Herbs de Poulet
2 tbsp mayonnaise

Also makes a great chicken salad sandwich, too.

Herbs de Poulet Chicken Salad

Recipe Instructions:
Cut chicken into small (inch) chunks.
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
Cover and refrigerate.
Serve on crackers or lettuce.

Roasted Turkey Breast au Jus

Recipe Ingredients:
1 Bone In Turkey Breast 5 - 6 lbs
4 tbsp Herbs de Poulet Ethnic Spices
Basting Sauce:
2 cups stock or canned broth
1 cup Butter
1 tsp Kosher Salt

Roasted Turkey Breast au Jus

Recipe Instructions:
Prepare the basting sauce. In a sauce pan, bring stock, butter and salt to a low boil.
Preheat oven to 350F.
Prepare turkey breast by removing from package and rinsing with cold water.
Pat dry with paper towels.
Rub all sides of breast with Herbs de Poulet spice.
Place in roasting pan. Place in oven and baste every hour for 1-2 hours. Internal temperature should reach 170F.
Transfer onto the cutting board and allow to rest for 10 minutes.
To make the jus, Heat pan juices with any remaining basting sauce. Pour into measuring cup and remove fat layer that rises to the top.

Can also be used on with Whole Roasted Turkey or Boneless Turkey Breast
