With Dulcet Cuisine Toasted Sesame & Ginger Sauce we combine locally produced preservative-free soy sauce with pure honey from Oregon’s "My Local Honey", ginger root and expeller-pressed sesame oil to create an enticing blend of flavors.

Use as a light marinade with fish, chicken or pork. Great as a stir fry sauce or tossed with steamed vegetables garnished with sesame seeds. Makes the perfect Chinese Chicken Salad and Asian Noodle Salad. It also is a go-to dipping sauce for pot stickers, spring rolls, tempura, and steak!

Gluten free soy sauce (water, non gmo soy beans, salt, alcohol to retain freshness), expeller pressed toasted sesame oil, water, local honey, expeller pressed sunflower and/or safflower oil, preservative free rice vinegar, pure cane sugar, ginger, white pepper & dry mustard.

All ingredients non-gmo except honey which cannot be verified. We use an ELISA Gluten Assay test to confirm the product is gluten free.

Asian Reduction Sauce

Recipe Ingredients:
1 cup Toasted Sesame & Ginger Sauce and Marinade
1 tsp dried crushed red chilies

Asian Reduction Sauce

Recipe Instructions:
Place the Toasted Sesame & Ginger Sauce and Marinade and chilies in a small saucepan over medium high heat.
Bring to a low boil with the pan uncovered.
Allow to continue boiling until reduced in half (1/4 cup), swirling the sauce to prevent burning.

This Asian Reduction Sauce is perfect for drizzling on fish, chicken or steamed vegetables. It also makes a nice dipping sauce for pot stickers.

Zakuski: Eggplant Caviar

Recipe Ingredients:
1 large eggplant
2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
2 scallions, chopped
2 shallots, chopped - optional
1 cup Toasted Sesame & Ginger Sauce and Marinade

Zakuski: Eggplant Caviar with Dulcet Cuisine Asian Dressing and Sauce

Recipe Instructions:
Wash and score the skin of the eggplant.
Place the eggplant on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Place the eggplant in a preheated 475F degree oven for approx. 1 hour, turning occasionally.
Remove eggplant from oven and allow to cool.
Working over the bowl of a food processor, scrape the flesh of the eggplant into the bowl, discard the skin.
Puree all of the ingredients together.

Serve with crackers, toast points or toasted pita chips.
