  • Shipping & Delivery

    Shipping Rates

    Our shipping and handling charges are based on the weight and destination of the order via US Postal Service, UPS or FedEx. These charges have been established to help offset the cost of processing your order while keeping the price of each item as low as possible. We do not guarantee specific delivery dates or times. Your order will be shipped as soon as your order is processed.

    Yes! We are able to ship to post office boxes and APO addresses. At this time, we only ship within the 48 Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and the US Territories.

    Missing Packages

    Every US Priority Mail package is covered by $50 worth of insurance automatically. We insure all of the items we ship with the USPS above $50 also. The reason we use the USPS is they have real police that will investigate package thefts and prosecute whoever took your package.

    Please file your claim online for the fastest service. The directions for filing are here at: In order to file a claim you will need the tracking number, the receipt for your purchased items, and the tracking information from the website.

    You must file the claim because you are required to swear and sign an affidavit that your package was lost or was not received. We cannot sign the required affidavit because we cannot swear that the item was received or not. We are not the receiver. As the shipper we do have proof and can swear that we have shipped the package because we have a tracking number scanned by a postal employee as proof.

    We cannot help you any further. It is up to you now to collect from the United State Postal Service.

    If your item was shipped by another carrier, other than the USPS, we will contact the carrier and have the driver contact you directly; just in case they have delivered your package to another address or person for safe keeping. After that, we will file the claim on your behalf, but you may still have to sign an affidavit that it wasn't received.

  • Damaged Items, Returns & Replacements

    Damaged Items

    The cost of items damaged in shipping will be refunded by payment from the insurance policy provided by the shipper. Your items will not be replaced and you must reorder your items again in order to receive the items. It is very important that you retain the damage items and packaging until you have confirmed a settlement. Large amounts of damage items will require you to retain the damage items and packaging for review by the shipping company for insurance purposes.

    Returns & Replacements

    Because of consumer product safety laws, food items are not returnable. Please place your order carefully, if in doubt, only order one to taste or try.

    All errors and omissions must be reported within 3 days of receipt of the items at: Contact Us.

    If your return or replacement request is a result of a GourmetFoodLand error, we will refund your actual purchase price back to the payment method used when purchased. We DO NOT send replacements or backordered items. Please order the item again when you place your next order.

    Our ordering and checkout process has been designed to be as simple as possible whilst ensuring maximum security for your protection. If you do have any questions or need assistance in making an order please contact us by email and we'll be delighted to help. We have most items in stock and can normally ensure shipment of your order within a few days. If for some reason there might be a delay in you receiving your order, we will contact you by email.

    Unlike some online stores we do not have a minimum order. We hope that if you make any purchase from us however small, that you will be so impressed by our products and service that you will become another of our many regular and long term customers!

  • Payment, Pricing & Promotions

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. When you are checking out, you will be prompted to enter your credit card number for payment. No other payment methods are currently accepted. Your rights as a cardholder are governed solely by your card issuer agreement. You agree to notify us within sixty (60) days after any discrepancy appears on your credit card statement or such discrepancy will be deemed waived. If we do not receive payment from your credit card issuer or its agent, you agree upon our demand to pay all amounts due. You are responsible for paying any sales, use, value-added or other taxes imposed on your purchases. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to error, we will have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the products listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed or accepted.
