Recipe Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp bread and butter pickle juice
1 tsp paprika
1/4 cup Horseradish Pub Mustard
1 tsp Organic Cajun Spice Grill Seasoning and Rub
Recipe Instructions:
Place all ingredients in mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.
Refrigerate for several hours to let flavors combine.
Can be used on fish, baked ham, and pork chops. Delicious!

Zingy Creole Mustard Potato Salad

Recipe Ingredients:
2 lb red potatoes, cut into small bite sizedtbsp Outerbridge's Wine Vinegar Peppers Sauce4 hard boiled eggs, coarsely/4 cup finely diced redstalks celery,/2 cup chopped dill/4-1/2 tsp sea salt, plus salt for cookingground black:1/4 cuptbsp Greek style plain yogurt or sourtbsp Dulcet Cuisine Creole Mustard

Zingy Creole Mustard Potato Salad

Recipe Instructions:
Place the potatoes in a pot of salted water on the stovetop and bring to a boil.Reduce the heat to a simmer and cook potatoes until fork tender.Remove the potatoes from the stove, strain, and place in a large bowl.Toss with wine vinegar, salt & pepper and set aside to cool.Mix together the mustard, mayo and yogurt or sour cream in a separate bowl.Once the potatoes have cooled, add the remaining ingredients.Stir in the dressing and season with additional salt & pepper to taste.

Serve warm!
