Marvelous Meatballs

Recipe Ingredients:
2 lbs Ground Beef
1 Egg slightly beaten
1 Large Grated Onion
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
12 oz Chili Sauce
6 oz Crazy Cranberry Pepper Jelly
6 oz Old Fashioned Raspberry Jalapeno Pepper Jam

Marvelous Meatballs

Recipe Instructions:
Combine first five ingredients.
Shape into small balls.
Brown meatballs in lightly oiled pan or bake in 350F oven for 15 minutes.
Combine next three ingredients.
Add to crock pot and heat mixture.
Add meatballs to heated sauce.
Cook for 1-2 hours before serving.

Ginger's Pepper Jelly Glazed Sweet Squash

Recipe Ingredients:
1 lb Sweet Meat Squash (or any orange flesh winter squash)
1 cup Crazy Cranberry Pepper Jelly
2 tbsp Butter
1 cup Dried Cranberries
1 cup Cranberry Juice, heated

Ginger's Pepper Jelly Glazed Sweet Squash

Recipe Instructions:
Peel, de-seed and cut squash into 1" cubes.
Pour 2 tbsp melted butter in bottom of a shallow baking dish.
Add squash to baking dish.
Season with salt and pepper.
Roast in 350F oven until squash cubes are barely tender.
Brush Crazy Cranberry Pepper Jelly on top of squash and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
While you are waiting for the final baking... Combine the heated juice and dried cranberries. Let them soak for 10 minutes.
Drain the cranberries and add to squash.
Toss gently - place in serving dish.

Cook Time: 30 Minutes
