Healthy Fresh Rice Paper Rolls With Sweet Garlic Hot Pepper Sauce Recipe

Recipe Ingredients:
12-8 inch Rice Paper Wraps
4 oz small cucumber, cut into thin strips
4 oz tomato, sliced, seeded, and cut into small strips
4 oz red bell pepper, seeded, cut into strips
1 oz fresh mint leaves, minced
4 oz alfalfa sprouts
4 oz carrot, broccoli or cole slaw
4 oz dry Angel hair pasta, cooked, drained and rinsed
2 oz California Style Garlic Pepper Sauce
Recipe Instructions:
Quickly drained the warm cooked pasta and marinate in the California Style Garlic Pepper Sauce until cool.
Prepare all of the rice paper ingredients.
Place a piece of rice paper in warm water for a few seconds and then place on a flat surface.
Add a small amount of each of the ingredients near the bottom of the rice paper.
Once the rice paper feels soft, fold up the bottom piece and tuck underneath the filling and then fold over the left and right sides and then finish rolling the roll as tight as you can make it without the rice paper tearing.
Repeat with the remaining rice paper. until all of the rolls are made
Cut the rice paper rolls in half at an angle or keep them whole.
They should keep in the fridge for a day, but they are much better fresh.
Dip and Season with California Style Garlic Pepper Sauce to taste.

Recipe Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp bread and butter pickle juice
1 tsp paprika
1/4 cup Horseradish Pub Mustard
1 tsp Organic Cajun Spice Grill Seasoning and Rub
1 tsp California Style Garlic Pepper Sauce
Recipe Instructions:
Place all ingredients in mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.
Refrigerate for several hours to let flavors combine.
Can be used on fish, baked ham, and pork chops. Delicious!
