Browned Butter Pecan Pound Cake with Browned Butter Caramel Sauce Recipe

Recipe Ingredients:
20 oz browned butter caramel sauce
6 large eggs
1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 cups chopped pecans
vegetable oil spray
Recipe Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Spray and flour dust bundt pan and set aside.
In a mixer on medium add 10 oz of browned butter caramel sauce and eggs (one at a time) until well combined. Add cream and vanilla. Add flour and baking powder and beat until just combined. Then hand stir in the chopped pecans.
Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan. Bake for 65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the cake comes out clean. Let the cake cool in the pan for 20 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack to cool completely.
Microwave 10 oz of the browned butter caramel sauce and pour over the top, letting it drizzle down the sides. Reserve some browned butter caramel sauce to drizzle over individual slices when served.
