White Chocolate and Macadamia Cheesecake with Caramel Sauce

Recipe Ingredients:
2 pkg White Chocolate Amaretto Cheeseball Mix
16 oz cream cheese
2 cups crushed graham crackers
1 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cups butter (divided)
1 cup macadamia nuts (whole or broken)
1 jar Vanilla Caramel Sauce

White Chocolate and Macadamia Cheesecake with Caramel Sauce Recipe

Recipe Instructions:
Combine White Chocolate Amaretto Mix (Topping to be used later), cream cheese, and 1 cup butter.
In a separate bowl combine, crushed graham crackers, 1 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup butter to make crust mixture.
Pat crust mixture into bottom of an ungreased spring-form pan.
Spread cheesecake mixture evenly over the crust in pan.
Refrigerate until firm.
Remove from pan.
Drizzle with half of the vanilla caramel sauce and sprinkle with the Almond Topping Mix and macadamia nuts.
Drizzle with with second half the vanilla caramel sauce to finish.

White Chocolate Amaretto Cheesecake Bars

Recipe Ingredients:
1 pkg White Chocolate Amaretto Cheeseball Mix
8 oz cream cheese
2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups brown sugar (divided)
3/4 cup and 2/3 cup butter (divided)
1/4 cup Vanilla Caramel Sauce

White Chocolate Amaretto Cheesecake Bar Recipe

Recipe Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F.
Combine White Chocolate Amaretto Mix (Topping to be used later), cream cheese, and 1/4 cup butter.
In a separate bowl, blend flour, 1 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup butter.
Pat into an ungreased 9x13" pan.
Combine 1/2 cup brown sugar and 2/3 cup butter in saucepan.
Boil 30 seconds to 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Pour over the crust and bake for 20 minutes or until caramel is bubbly and crust is brown.
Cool completely.
Spread cheesecake mixture evenly over the top.
Drizzle with vanilla caramel sauce and sprinkle with the Almond Topping Mix.
Refrigerate and cut into bars. Serve chilled.

Recipe Ingredients:
4 Belgian Liege Waffles
1 jar Caramel Sauce
Ice Cream Ingredients:
1 pkg S'mores Cheeseball and Dessert Mix
4 cups vanilla Ice Cream
extra chocolate pieces if desired

S'mores Ice Cream

Recipe Instructions:
Soften ice cream at room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes.
Combine ice cream with S'mores Mix (topping will be used later) until fully incorporated. Use a spoon or an electric mixer.
Cover and return to freezer.
Top with S'mores Cinnamon Graham Crunch Topping when serving.
Scoop ice cream on top of waffle.
Drizzle with vanilla caramel sauce.

Recipe makes 1 quart of S'mores Ice Cream
