SweetieBeans! Batter-Up Fry Coating will create perfectly moist and delicious fried foods right out of the bag. Just coat your food with water, dredge it through the Batter-Up Fry coating, quickly dunk the coated food into the water and re-dredge the food in the Batter-Up Fry Coating. Repeat until you reach the desired thickness and then fry the food in hot cooking oil (375F) until cooked through and crispy. Be sure to use enough cooking oil volume so that the oil doesn't get a chance to cool down before the food is cooked.

Pan Fried Fish Recipe

Pan Fried Fish Recipe

Recipe Ingredients:
2 lbs skinless, boneless cod fish filets
1 cup Batter-Up Fry Coating for dredging fish
1 oz Organic Salmon and Fish Grill Seasoning and Rub
2 tbsp vegetable oil
3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp lemon juice (one lemon)
1 tbsp marjoram
Recipe Instructions:
Wash fillets in cold water.
Coat each side of fillets with Organic Salmon and Fish Grill Seasoning and Rub.
Dredge fillets in Batter-Up Fry Coating then dip in water and repeat until coating is desired thickness.
Place oil and butter in heavy skillet and heat on medium-high until butter melts.
Keeping heat at medium-high, cook fish on one side about three minutes (more or less depending on thickness of filets), until browned and crispy.
Turn fish ONCE. When filets are done remove them to a serving platter.
Lower the heat under the skillet.
Add 1 tablespoon additional butter.
When melted, add lemon juice and marjoram and allow the fish juices to sizzle for a minute.
Pour this over the filets
