Peking Beef Roast Recipe

Recipe Ingredients:
3 lbs roast beef
4 garlic - slivered
1/4 lb onion - slivered
3.5 oz Aromatica Organic Garlic Pepper Rub
1 cup apple-cider vinegar
3 tbsp olive oil
2 cups brewed coffee - strong
2 cups water
Recipe Instructions:
With a sharp knife, cut slits all the way through the roast and insert onion and garlic slivers.
Put the meat in a bowl and slowly pour vinegar over it so that it runs down into the slits.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 24 to 48 hours. When you are ready to cook the marinated meat, pour off the vinegar.
Place the meat in a heavy pot (cast iron Dutch ovens are best) and brown in oil until very dark on all sides.
Pour the brewed coffee over the meat, and then add the water.
Cover and cook low for approximately 6 hours on top of the stove. You may need to add more water at some point, so check it once in a while and add only a small amount of water at a time.
Do not add the Aromatica Organic Garlic Pepper Rub until about 20 minutes before serving.

The Perfect Steak and Sauce Recipe

Recipe Ingredients:
4-12 oz T-Bone steaks
1 tbsp Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 oz Organic Nebraska Grill Seasoning and Rub
3 oz Gourmet Steak Sauce
Recipe Instructions:
Set the grill to reach 600F.
Let the grill temperature get as high as possible without hurting yourself or the grill.
Coat the T-Bone with a light amount of oil to help hold the rub. Then coat the T-Bone with Organic Mesquite Grill Seasoning and Rub.
Sear steaks 6 minutes on one side. Turn and repeat searing for the other side.
Then after searing both sides, lower the grill temperature to below 500F and move the meat to a cooler area on the grill to rest for 5 minutes.
Slather with Gourmet Steak Sauce and serve.
