Recipe Ingredients:
4 cup whole milk
10 oz Aztec Fire (Haute) Hot Fudge Chocolate
4 Aromatica Organics Organic Cinnamon Sticks
Recipe Instructions:
Combine Aztec Fire Haute Fudge Chocolate and milk in a microwave safe bowl and mix well (hand-blender or whisk).
Microwave mixture until desired temperature is reached (approximately 2 minutes per cup).
Pour hot liquid into cups or mugs and add aromatica organics cinnamon sticks
Add marshmallows, whipped cream or chocolate sprinkles (optional).

Pinot Fig Chutney Recipe

Recipe Ingredients:
1 cup chopped dried California figs
1 cup red wine - Pinot Noir
1/3 cup white wine vinegar
2 tbsp pure maple syrup
2 cinnamon sticks
Recipe Instructions:
Stir together all ingredients in small saucepan.
Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer, covered for 40 minutes.
Remove cover and increase heat slightly; cook for 10 minutes more or until thickened.
Remove cinnamon sticks.
May be prepared several days ahead and stored in the refrigerator.

Poached Pears covered with Bailey's Irish Cream® Liqueur Hot Fudge Chocolate Sauce Recipe

Recipe Ingredients:
2 whole cinnamon sticks
1 1/2 cups boiling water
1/3 cup honey
4 large ripe but firm Bosc pears, peeled and cored from the bottom
6 oz Bailey's Irish Cream® Liqueur in (Haute) Hot Fudge Chocolate Sauce
2 oz slivered almonds
Recipe Instructions:
Place the whole cinnamon sticks into a 3-quart pan and pour the boiling water over the top.
Let the whole cinnamon sticks steep for 8-10 minutes. Then, remove the whole cinnamon sticks. Stir the honey into the poaching liquid.
Add the pears and add enough hot water to barely cover, then bring to a simmer. Poach for 20-25 minutes, or until the pears are tender. Remove the pears carefully with slotted spoon and set aside.
Bring the poaching liquid to a rolling boil. Let boil about 20-30 minutes or until syrupy.
Remove lid and place into a microwave to heat the Bailey's Irish Cream® Liqueur in (Haute) Hot Fudge Chocolate Sauce just enough to become pourable.
Place pears in a shallow dish or bowl. Spoon some of the warm poaching syrup over the pears and then pour the Bailey's Irish Cream® Liqueur Hot Fudge Chocolate Sauce on the top to slide down the pears.
Garnish with slivered almonds. Serve immediately.
