Porcini Mushroom Compound Butter Recipe

Recipe Ingredients:
1/2 oz Aromatica Organics Dried Organic Porcini Mushrooms
1/2 cup (1 stick) salted butter - at room temperature
1/4 tsp Aromatica Organics Nebraska Prime Steak Spices, Grill Seasoning, and Rub
Recipe Instructions:
Place all of the porcini mushrooms in a clean coffee grinder and grind to fine powder (you might have to do it in small batches).
Place softened butter in mixing bowl.
Add porcini mushroom powder and the Aromatica Organics Nebraska Prime Steak Spice to the soften butter.
Blend until well mixed and butter is smooth but not liquid.
Using a rubber spatula, scrape butter onto sheet of plastic wrap and roll into log shape.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until just firm enough to slice. Then place on finished steak to melt.
Be creative! Place the soft porcini butter compound into small molds to make a beautiful presentation while the butter melts on the hot steak!
