You don't have to be English to love scones. Especially when the scones are made with the Organic and Kosher Scone Mix from Truly Organic Baking. These Scones are moist, sweet and full of flavor. And, don't forget to pamper yourself by adding fresh organic cream, organic lemon curd, or fresh organic fruit on top.

You will need: 2/3c Organic Sour Cream, 1/2c (1 stick) Organic Unsalted Butter, chilled and cubed, 1 Organic Large Egg, beaten. Try adding: 1t Organic Vanilla Extract, or 1/4c Organic Fruit; fresh or dried, or 1/4c Organic Chocolate Chips, or 1T Organic Parmesan Cheese, or 1t Organic Fresh or Dried Herbs. And adding the Zest of a Lemon makes it taste and smell soooo good!
