Just add 1 cup organic milk (whole, rice or soy), 1/4c organic Canola Oil, and 1 organic large egg. You can also add 1/2c organic fruit: fresh, frozen or dried. Try adding organic chocolate chips for a sweeter organic muffin. Or, 1T organic dried herbs and 2T organic parmesan cheese to make this organic muffin mix scream with flavor! Perfect with organic honey, jams, or jellies too!
