Paradigm Foodworks Apple Cider
Jelly with Brandy
Apple Cider Jelly with Brandy is a well
known American tradition from the apple growing regions of North
America. Not normally used to spread on toast (but you can)
this fine jelly is customarily served as a condiment to help
entice the flavors of fine meats.
Use this Apple Cider Jelly with Brandy as
a glaze on your favorite roast.... exceptionally tasty with
ham! Use as a finish coating on salmon cooked on the BBQ grill.
Just heat the Apple Cider Jelly and baste the salmon with the
hot liquid. Be sure to coat all sides -- to retain the natural
moisture in the salmon while cooking -- then place skin down
on the grill for only a few minutes depending on the thickness
of the salmon fillet. When the visible salmon flesh begins to
turn brownish usually means that the salmon is done.
