You can easily make a traditional Cream Brulee with little effort using this mix.  Add the mix to a two quart sauce pan. Add two cups heavy cream. Stir constantly over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil. Divide evenly into four ramekins or custard cups. Chill two hours and before serving, top with the topping (included) and with a kitchen torch caramelize the topping to form a crisp layer!
