Cheeseball & Dessert Mix

Finish off the perfect dinner with this elegant Cream Brulee Cheeseball Dessert. You can easily make a traditional Cream Brulee with little effort using this mix.  Add the mix to a two quart sauce pan. Add two cups heavy cream. Stir constantly over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil. Divide evenly into four ramekins or custard cups. Chill two hours and before serving, top with the topping (included) and with a kitchen torch caramelize the topping to form a crisp layer!

Or, mix contents of Cream Brulee Cheeseball & Dessert Mix packet with 8oz cream cheese and 4 tablespoons soften butter or margarine. Chill mixture until firm. Then, shape into a ball and roll in contents of Topping packet.
