Over seventeen hundred years ago, the Pipile
Maya erected a ceremonial site high in the mountains of
El Salvador, dedicated to honoring the multitude of elemental
gods that blessed their world with the fruits of an eternally
fertile harvest. Although the Pipile have long since disappeared,
the idols they erected still stand, bestowing their gifts
on the heirloom Boubon coffee plants that surround them
to produce beans of exceptional balance and flavor whose
nutty, soft chocolate sensuality finishes sweet and clean
with a fragrant hint of cinnamon that truly tantalizes the
senses.
This is fresh roasted coffee and is roasted
on demand; then shipped within hours of it being roasted.
