Beer Braised Beef in Crock Pot 2 pounds beef sliced into 3 inch
x 1/2 inch strips.
1 Tbsp Rosie's
MJK Steak Dust
non-stick cooking spray
1 large onions thinly sliced
1 large leek, thinly sliced
8 oz fresh mushrooms, cleaned & quartered
1 can of beer
1 Tbsp cider vinegar
1 cup beef stock
Lightly spray sauté pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Coat beef with MJK Steak Dust.
Brown all side of meat strips.
Place all other ingredients in the crock pot.
Add the beef mixture.
Turn crock pot on medium & cook for 5-6 hours.
Can also be prepared on the stove top.
This recipe serves 4 to 6.
